The townhomes are spacious. The grounds are kept very well. The community is quiet.

Great place to live. There are two bedroom apartments and three bedroom townhouses for rent here. I rented a two bedroom apartment and I am quite pleased. The rental process is relatively painless and Tracy, the community manager is a dream to deal with. If you are looking for an apartment or townhouse on the west side of Wichita, I highly recommend this location.
