This has been the best rental experience I've ever experienced! Management is always attentive and communicational and not to mention the maintenance aspect. I put in my maintenance request through the app and within 1-2 days the issue is fixed and better than how it was when I got it. I feel valued and respected and love my home ????

I have enjoyed living here. The community is extremely safe and family friendly. The pool and the bbq grills are a nice add on. Having a safe shelter during the tornadoes the area gets is nice. They are very quick to handle any issues we have had.

I recently moved into this complex near Maize, KS, and it's been a great experience. The renovated interiors are comfortable, and the community is fantastic. The atmosphere is beautiful with large trees and shrubs, creating a serene environment. The ten-foot-deep pool is fun for kids, although it could use some updating and be cooler on hot days.
